Your church’s packet was mailed out in May, please bring it to the attention of whomever coordinates women’s events for your church. The packet includes (click on BOLD items to view information):

·     Church Information and Registration Instructions

·      Registration List Form for your church’s women’s events coordinator to list all the women who would like to attend the retreat.

·        Two flyers

·         Several tri-fold brochures that include the individual registration form

NOTE:  This year we are again offering the option of a “Meals and Program Only” registration fee for those ladies who live near enough to Christian Berets that they would prefer to sleep at home.  There might also be some ladies that would prefer to have overnight accommodations at a nearby location, such as the Mi Wuk Village Inn, which is about a mile away from Christian Berets.

 

The Retreat Planning Team is eager to use this event to honor God, bless the women of your church, and proclaim the gospel to any unsaved women that may be there.

Sunday School and Group Leader Training

Join us for a powerful day of connection, worship, and practical training for every area of your group ministry.

The event kicks off with a special session featuring music and guest speaker Dr. Cameron Schweitzer of Gateway Seminary. From there, dive into breakout trainings led by experienced local leaders, with sessions designed specifically for Preschool, Children, Youth, and Adult ministries. We’re also offering a dedicated class just for Pastors and group ministry directors.

Registration: We provided FREE registration because we are preparing lunch for all in attendance. We need to know how many will be in your party. Therefore, each registered person can obtain 4 additional tickets. If you need more than 5 tickets, then have another person who is attending register and get more tickets.

Children's Mission Camp

This 4 day, 3-night camp will be held on June 21st-24th, at Cazadero Baptist Camp, in Cazadero, California.

Join us for exciting missionary speakers, music, night games, and tons of exciting activities including archery, crafts, hiking, swimming, and a Talent Show!

Camp is for children who have graduated 2nd through 6th Grade.

There are also spaces for LITS (Leaders in Training,) youth helpers who have graduated 7th grade-12th grade.

For every 8 campers, each church needs to send at least one counselor. 

Costs:

Camper Cost: $205 (covers food, lodging, t-shirt, and supplies.)

LIT Cost: $185 (covers food, lodging, and t-shirt)

Counselor Cost: ($185 food, lodging, and t-shirt)

Sports Day Reconnection

The purpose of this event is to provide youth in our community with a dynamic and engaging sports experience where they can connect with others, build new friendships, and enjoy a positive, safe, and uplifting environment.

This event is completely free and will take place on June 20th from 10:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. at McKinley Park (424 E 9th Street, Stockton CA 95206). Breakfast, lunch, and dinner will be provided for all attendees. In addition, participants will have the opportunity to receive prizes and giveaways throughout the day.

Introduction to Southern Baptist Disaster Relief (Required for NEW VOLUNTEERS AND REQUALIFYING)

Feeding Track (Intro to Feeding and Feeding Operations)

Clean Up Track (Intro to Cleanup and Personal Property Recovery)

Chaplaincy (2 day training)

Assessments (for those who have deployed)

Incident Command Systems (for those that have deployed)
