Disaster Relief 2026

Date: April 10 - 11, 2026

Time: 7:30am - 5:00pm

(Chaplaincy is 2-day class attendance is required on both days.)

Transportation and lodging are the responsibility of the attendee.

Classes Offered:

Introduction to Southern Baptist Disaster Relief (Required for NEW VOLUNTEERS AND REQUALIFYING)

Feeding Track (Intro to Feeding and Feeding Operations)

Clean Up Track (Intro to Cleanup and Personal Property Recovery)

Chaplaincy (2 day training)

Assessments (for those who have deployed)

Incident Command Systems (for those that have deployed)

Friday:

7:30am – Registration

8:00am – 5:00pm DR Chaplaincy Day 1

(Lunch is Provided)

Saturday:

7:30am – Registration

8:00am – Introduction to Southern Baptist Disaster Relief

11:00am – Assessments and DR Chaplaincy Class Day 2 Resumes

12:30pm – Lunch is Provided

1:15pm – Breakout Sessions Begin

5:00pm – End of Day
