WELCOME to the Women On Higher Ground Retreat 2026.

• This is an adult women’s event, please do not bring children. Must be at least 18 years old or a high school graduate.

• Christian Berets camp is a Christian Camp. Please remind women and their guests…. there are no smoking or alcoholic beverages allowed.

• Retreat information, room assignments, and conference event times are handled locally by the Retreat Planning Team. PLEASE Do not call or contact Christian Berets camp. They will not have this information.

EVENT Registration Instructions & FEES Have the women in your church: 1. Complete the Registration form in the Tri-Fold Brochure. 2. Pay the fees of: • $195 for Full Registration (with overnight camp accommodations) OR $125 for Program & Meals Only (those who choose overnight accommodations off campus) Please mail ONE CHURCH CHECK (for all registrants) payable to Delta Valley Baptist Association for all those registered along with the following items: • Individual Registration Form in the Tri-Fold Brochure completed by registrant. List of Registrants Form completed by the church

Your church pastor’s wife can attend for ½ price if your church brings 5 additional women. (pastor’s wife+5= total of 6 women attending from your church)

• The Retreat Planning Team expects the church making a request to assist the person in need with a $50 church scholarship before making a request for scholarship from the Association. Please EMAIL Association scholarship requests to: manulela.hays@gmail.com

SCHOLARSHIPS – A limited number of scholarships are available with preference to those attending for the first time. They will be issued on first come first served basis.

• Mark your $50 church scholarship with church check number or with date paid where indicated on Retreat Registration List Form and submit with registration fees.

First Time Attenders: If your church granted any of your women a $50 scholarship, be sure to include that amount in your total.

Late-registration does not qualify for scholarship. No registration will be accepted without a Registration Form
